Emma? Emma. Hi. [ she breathes out, a little relieved for some reason. ] I just-- I didn't see you down in the-- and it's been--

How are you? Not just, in general, but. In general works too.

[ she isn't even sure if she speaks english herself some days. ]

... it's been a rough couple of days, to be honest.

[She's really not sure where to start with what happened, or even how to process it, really. Death is supposed to be something permanent. The fact that it's not here is really enough to screw a person up, big-time.]

I'm okay. Spent most of my time down there keeping tabs on Henry. Some of the worms tried to give me trouble, but after ogres and dragons? Not as scary as they could be.

The last day didn't go quite so well, but -- guess it didn't stick.

[Maybe if she's flippant about it, it won't feel so weird and wrong.]

You make it through okay? Find everyone you were looking for?

We'll have to compare ogre stories sometime.

Did you... um. You know what, nevermind. I'm glad you're okay - in the now. We can focus on that.

[There's some degree of sarcasm there. She can't believe they both have ogre stories to swap.]
